Fees + Policies

I am an out of network provider and do not participate with any insurance plan.  I will provide you with a superbill at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  I encourage you to contact your insurance company in advance of our work together to determine how much reimbursement you should expect to receive.  Payment is due at the time of the service.  I accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card payments.  Please note that I do have a 24- hour cancellation policy.
